just google the Duncan Trussell family hour. Grab the one with Chelsea Peretti. There's this character he does at he beginning named Norman Lake the motivational speaker. I laughed until I cried.
Actually the best parts of his podcast are the first few minutes when he spews random ideas before he talks to the guest, and the ads he does for his sponsors are hilarious.
