I just want to make clear that I'm not 'messing around on skype', though. I made a choice a few years ago to only do independent camming and I'm doing really well with it. Leaving the camsites was a conscious choice that fits my lifestyle.
I wouldn't be the target camgirl for your proposed site because I make wicked $$$ doing my own thing. I'm really good at attracting and keeping my own customers so I have no need for a cam site at this point. The vast majority of my peers and camgirl friends work regular camsites though, and I listen to them when they talk about their experiences and pay attention to what's happening in the non-independent part of the camming industry. I also moderate part of a forum where every other month a new camsite emerges to hype itself before crashing and burning a few months later, so although I don't work 'big box' cam sites I do stay pretty involved in what's happening.
