2257 compliance

Hi there!

We recently started a site with purchased selfshot content. We're doing our best to stay 2257 compliant, but have a few questions (since we're not lawyers!), and figured we'd ask an extra time just in case.

Firstly, the guy who we bought content from (he's here on GFY) provided us with model passport images of the models holding up their passports. Is this sufficient? There's also a "2257 compliance form" included that's signed by each model.

Furthermore, the guy who officially runs the site is in Australia, and our host is in Canada, wherefore I assume we don't actually have to comply to the 2257 law - we've decided to do so anyway, though. With this in mind, however, do we need to post our name and address on the site? Right now, we've made a 2257 link where we're asking people with inquiries to contact us through e-mail. Is this OK?

I appreciate any answers!
