Either I can sell this domain to somebody ...

Or I can partner with somebody to develop it.

Development has 2 options:
(1) A guidebook based on geographical areas.
(2) A guidebook for creating and monetizing adult websites.

I'm particularly interested in #2, since it ties in nicely with affiliate programs and can be monetized as a kind of "How To" for the industry. Personally, I don't run any adult websites at the moment. So creating a Guidebook.xxx with someone more experienced from GFY.com would be a good apprenticeship. Even if someone buys the domain from me, I'd probably look forward to using the developed product.
