Iraq was not part of the Ottoman Empire and as such were not effected by the dissolution of it. Iran was partially controlled by it.
There were other countries also formed but they aren't in play here..
The people's ancestors whom lived in these lands all lived under different empires for thousands of years just the same as the Jews. It was the after WW1 and the Dissolution of the Ottoman Empire that each of these current day states was formed. Israel & Syria not until after WW2.

Considering Palestine was a tourist destination for Jews in the 1930s I don't know what you mean here? Sure tensions were always high between the two sides after Zionism came in but before Zionism the two groups lived in relative peace especially compared to the way the Jewish people were treated elsewhere in the world.
