So creating a Guidebook.xxx with someone more experienced from GFY.com would be a good apprenticeship. Even if someone buys the domain from me, I'd probably look forward to using the developed product.

Guidebook.xxx is a great domain, assuming that the xxx TLD has a future. Search engine rank is is not as important if you can successfully facilitate it's spread viraly. YouTube was put on the map this way.
