Of course I know that's not the way to handle people, that's why I titled the thread "Some days I just can't "Customer Service"
But I am also aware that Wal-Mart has a refund policy, I have a NO REFUNDS policy.
Wal Mart targets low income people and tries to make them feel good about shopping at Wal Mart. I target middle to high income people and I am not interested in Wal Mart's customer base nor in their business model.
Wal Mart also requires you to return merchandise if you want a refund. You can't return a cam show.
