Doesn't mean they can't hijack a plane - It means the "might" not be able to get into the cockpit. They don't need to get into the cockpit - they can just start killing passengers.

I'm not shrugging off anything. I have a choice of who I can vote for, I can produce porn, I have freedom of speech, and I can own firearms. I can own as many cars and houses as I want. I can do all of this with very little restrictions from my government.
I wanted to buy an assault rifle. I paid a small free, had a back ground check, and now I can buy anything I want. Meanwhile, in Singapor, I just read an article on CNN about how you have to buy a $63k diver's license before you can buy a car. That's $63k US dollars. Still want to bitch about your freedoms?

Not at all. If there was something I disagreed with to the point I knew in my heart it needed to be changed, I would do everything I could to change it - or leave. But frankly, I don't see any major problems. I have healthcare and power and my local police patrolling my streets at night; I come and go as I please, the government never tells me I cannot do anything, I have my hobbies, my truck I'm restoring, and every other week or so I go out to shoot my firearms.
What freedoms do you not have that you want?
