I just went to Hawaii in September. I spend more time standing in line to get on the airplane than I did standing in line to pass through security. I'm just not seeing an issue here.

Usually I don't agree with you, but you are pretty much right on this.
From what I remember flying, they always xray'd your shit and you walked thru a metal detector. You do have to take your shoes off and stand in that big ass machine that owns you with cancer.
I think any flights that will land on US soil they require all that bs shit. But if you fly in the same countrys I dont think they require a assrape. (some of the europe people could speak up)
