Inside your paypal click on Profile and go to My Money
On that page it should have a link to add a debit card to your account
Add your paxum mastercard to that - if it will work it will ask you for some information that they put into the pending transaction details. If you get to this step open a ticket with us asking for the pending charge information from paypal including the detail line. It should contain a set of numbers paypal requires to verify your account.
Another alternative method of using your paxum card as a funding source to paypal is by sending your self an invoice to an email address that is not linked to a paypal account.
Once you get the invoice you click pay as guest and it will let you input your credit card information in.
