Why is being STONED treated like stupidity? That's an important question to ask because only once people realize it's no different than being drunk, people will not be opposed to it.
Stupid little example: A dude trips when baked, it's made a huge deal of how stoned and stupid the person is. However, when the subject is DRUNK, it's no big deal and laughed off.
