For example, many of our clips were rejected for "wrong aspect ratio" which is easily corrected, and not a problem that we have any where else we submit, but support never responds to us about it to resolve the issue once and for all.
We have multiple clips in the top ten listings of the highest trafficked tubes that are top rated/most viewed so it isn't like we would be wasting your time.
Most of the tubes we work with have praised us for our diligence, professionalism, and quality of content so feel free to ask for references.
