Me not understanding something and you not making sense are two entirely separate issues. You'll have false positives with most types of automation (see spam filters, anti-virus, etc.). You use software based on their perceived value in time and resources.

There are a lot of pirates that need dmca'd so instead of doing things manually, some people may opt to use automated tools to achieve their objectives.

What part exactly do you think I did not understand?
