To top that off, that sale and rebill were thru Netbilling and Netbilling was supposed to pay CCBill and that didn't happen. So again, someone received money (hint: Simonscans) and it wasn't us.

Please explain why NETbilling would be paying CCbill for anything? We never touch our merchants money. They are paid daily directly by their merchant banks.
