Even if it was really going to happen our governments would not warn us. Can you imagine the total chaos an announcement like that would cause? It would be full on rape and pillage until dooms day. Society would break down within hours of the announcement. Maybe not in Japan, but everywhere else it would not be safe to leave your house.
