Things happen, and we aren't always sure as to what we are agreeing too. I mean crap, I have a habit of expecting T&Cs all the time without reading them!
Still RackEngine is not in business to take people's hard earned money with out reason. I run an honest company, and provide good service. So I called the customer and resolved the matter before it became more confusing to all of us.
Payment processing can be tricky sometimes as everyone knows. All we asked for is that the customer gave us the chance to help him, and he did. I hope that we have kept up our end of the deal and did the honorable thing with the best interests of our customers in mind.
