OK... Just for fun, I'm gonna 'break cover' !
Just cause I have recently received the payout from a 'periphery' deal...
OK, it took 5 years to make, and another 5 years to get resolved.... But its a HUGE settlement...
Its sounds funny as fuck on paper, cause it involves...
1) A parking lot that fits 500 cars...
2) A Bridge over a river...
3) LA Film Commission Zoning Laws...
4) A deal that made me over 6 figures !
WOOT WOOT !
Like I said - The Periphery - Is where the money is...
