The kid was holding the tray up, and the dolphin was impatient. It's the parents fault for not monitoring the situation and their ignorance, but pretty sure that they will get a fat cheque to make it go away, so that Sea-World doesn't loose one of its big attractions. I have a problem with these types of interactions both with the Dolphins and the Rays. Any time you put kids and animals together unsupervised, its a recipe for disaster. You wanna go pet a dolphin, swim in the Ocean see if they come up to you.
