Recently I went back and looked at my white label web cam sites and I was not happy with the amount I was making on them. They were with three different programs. I have had them for up to 2 years and they are a mixture of PPS and REV. While fishing at one of the local man made lakes I wondered if my white labels were like trout fishing at a man made lake...

A man made lake created for trout fishing usually looks like a large rectangle pit. Every week trout are dumped in from fisheries as far away as Nebraska. Fishing is great on Friday, okay on Saturday, not so much on Monday and a complete waste of your time until next Thursday went the lake is restocked again.

In a stream trout try to find their own spot. They don't school much after reaching a certain size. In a natural lake you get a bit of the same. Throw them into a man made lake and they school for a few days trying to feel safe in their new environment.

Since the trout are schooling certain parts of the lake will go bananas catching fish. Other parts will be deader than a door nail. The best thing you can do at a man made lake is watch who is catching fish and where they are doing it at. Bringing a set of binoculars is more beneficial than bringing your best 5 baits. Put your hooks in water where the fish are and you are catching your limit in no time. Do the same elsewhere and you just paid upwards of $25 to sit on the side of a man made lake.

So when fishing at such lakes you should move around. If you don't you will be lucky to get one fish out of 10 hours of fishing. By moving you will hit the five fish limit in that time frame and usually less. By using binoculars you can keep tabs on who is getting hits and where to be in the next hour.

Applying this same concept to white label web cams I decided to switch them up. I loaded each page and noticed some cam solutions were heavy on MILF/Babes while others were heavy on Teens and still others on couples or BBW. Using that I switched up the white labels moving them to whomever matched my Google keywords.

At this point you might be thinking something along the lines of why didn't I just choose those same niches as a landing page on their current white labels? The reason has to do with how many models the site predominately had in their niche. I could force the traffic to the BBW landing page, but what then? Only 5 models were online while another solution had 3 pages of BBW online. In the opposite direction if I forced the other site to teen they had 25 girls online, but the first solution had 3 pages of them.

I probably should have done this kind of reconnaissance from the beginning. But who does? Most of us got into white labels as more of a mud slinging, see what's sticking pursuit than a targeted business plan.

My post is targeting those that are letting their bets ride hoping for hits instead of pulling their tent stakes and staking out a better place for their traffic. Since switching my white labels around my total new transactions have went up 500%. Earnings went up about 300% heavily led by the PPS. Once the REV recovers with new sales I expect that to do much better as well.
