Japanese biller, a interesting idea but I somehow doubt that there is a Japanese 3rd party biller (if there are any) that work outside japan.
I work with a Japanese distributor and yes, as far as I see everything goes when it comes to comics. No limits, except that genitals and public hair must be censored of course.
