Absolutely, Syria have chemical weapons for sure.
Assad wants to protect his own people, he won't want to use chemical weapons on them, that's just Western propaganda.
The West have planned this war for over 10 years (and a coming war in Lebanon too). Who benefits if chemical weapons are used and it's blamed on Assad? He saw what happened to Gaddafi after similar humanitarian propaganda, he knows he'll lose, the only way he can remain in power is with no intervention.
