Unfortunately there isn't much we can do to help in this situation. We must follow strict regulations imposed to us by the bank when it comes to the verification process for our customers. Due to this reason, as proof of identity we can only accept valid documents, such as:
- International Passport;
- Driver's License;
- National ID.
Please note that you have 6 weeks from the moment you have received the document expiry date notification email, to upload a new and valid proof of identity document, before your Paxum account is limited.

What exactly do you mean by "limited"?

The limited status means that your account can only receive funds from other Paxum Account holders, and funds cannot be withdrawn or sent to other Paxum users, until the necessary requirements are met.

So by the time I receive my sponsor payments before Christmas, my funds will be frozen.
