It depends on so many things. Your age, your food, your work out routine etc.
The only thing is suggest taking next to your normal food is Maca. No matter your age, gender, if you work out or not. It's good stuff.
ZMA and Trib *might* help you in the gym. It will help you get rock hard morning wood for sure

Tongkat i never tried but i read good things about it.
I bet there are some other natural products that are good for you. Just stay away from blue, purple and pink bottles with crazy names.
