If you can't figure out while plugging up and re-filling up what is more or less theoretically a public bathtub that everybody has washed their balls in and drained, refilled, etc is a bad idea?
Let's just say you have bigger issues. You might want to consider doing more laundry, cleaning out from underneath your fingernails... shit, wipe your ass better.
It's no really about good bacteria vs. bad bacteria - it's about not SHARING bacteria. If you take a piss and decided not to wash your hands, fine - it's YOUR bacteria... no harm, no foul.
