The intent of the thread seems aimed not at solving the problems, but at smearing the companies involved. Sorry, AK, nothing personal here, just calling it as I see it. To clarify, did you send your reports to the companies as they've asked in the past, and not had success? Then, upping the ante might have been more reasonable. Giving you the benefit of the doubt here out of the respect I have for you from previous posts.
