And all of that will definitely work if you are still at an age where you can physically produce enough testosterone in your body.
Once your body's natural maximum production (maximum meaning you are doing everything you stated to cause it to produce more) falls below healthy levels (usually begins to really get low in your 40's)...then it's time to supplement it.
