Yeaaa what Robbie said. Also, working out a ton can actually cause your test to drop. Especially if you are not getting enough sleep. The only supplments worth anything are a good multivitamin, glutamine, creatine and a solid protein powder (i like muscle milk). Ohhh maybe milk thistle if you are using real test
