includes/inc.index_queries.php look in this file and play with the "ORDER BY" part of the statement that is being used to grab videos for your index page.
i would walk you though it but the architecture of MB has changed a bit, not sure how some versions are handling things now.
your best bet would be to ask Konrad, im sure he can point you in the right direction.
