Are there any big non-adult ad networks that have lots of impressions from Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS countries?

i had very old account with Exoclick - checked there - in non-adult categories there are only a few impressions from the countries needed... are they only wanking on porn there or this was wrong ad network?
