Well, I did some searching around, since these idiots have no direct contact method other than a form submission. Well, I came across this post from 2008:

The user FTS has "HuntersCash.com & ShockingCash.com" in his avatar space (first post in that thread).

If you compare and contrast HuntersCash and ShockingCash, they are more or less the same website, same contact methods... a submission form. Same shitty Verdana based fonts in the navigation bar.

There is a GFYer named FTS who has not been active since March 2007.

I then did a search for ShockingCash and came up with this post that states the owner's ICQ is: 35877114 (The hahahah is medium pimpin no space)

Also, GFYer Chosen seems to know somebody over there: http://m.gfy.com/showpost.php?p=19257520&postcount=2

I'm not sure if it helps, but it's something to go on.
