I read this thread and I am wondering how one client could be responsible for so many tickets, like 234 or whatever. I do not have much technical idea so I usually rely on host support, but even me I do not submit more then 10 tickets a year.. Sometimes even 5 a year or less. And most of them are "server is down, what is going on" or something like "I can not find which nameservers to use" lol  How do people rack so many tickets?

This is fully managed service,which means they do all kind of shit what client require from them,including install of third party scripts.
