only thing i wont do is tell someone everything i am going to do before we sign the deal
there are far too many snakes in adult that just try to get info out of you and then tell you they dont want to do it ( then try themselves ) although mainstream is different as i do that aswell.
The only thing i guaranty is that i will do my best to get your keywords on the top, not once have i told a client i promice i will put you there, there is no guaranty of that... ( havent failed yet but... i wont promice that i will hit it )
IMO the best seo company is one that will do their best to get you to the goal you want to be at,
i DO AGREE that if anyone says i guaranty the rank, RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
in the end it is up to the seo company and the client to come to an agreement, not a guaranty, a guaranty could mean the seo company practices in black hat, hits the rank, gets paid and not give a fuck about the clients future
