czech is the most marijuana smoking country in europe, and most of the smokers are growing their own, you can grow some plants legaly. means that country have no money from it, so legalizing it means it will be business so they just found another source to steal even more money ... and all the oldschool planters will be now same criminals like thieves and so ... fuck that country
