i don't think it would be that easy. handguns are very regulated here in canada and i would have no idea where to get one illegally. though i don't know where to get coke or heroin either. the kind of people who know where to get this stuff illegally aren't typically good people to start with. and like many have said before, the people who do this psycho snapping mass killings typically have no criminal record. it seems almost like its becoming a trend to take out as many people as you can when you want to kill yourself but i can't see how making guns harder to get would make it happen more.
