Not just junk food, even the some of the "healthy" stuff is full of shit.
Too much sugar, too much bad fats, too much MSG, Aspartame, High fructose corn syrup, Etc. Lots of things that essentially are not natural and shouldn't be going in our bodies.
Lots of foods that contain a ton of calories and offer nothing in return to your body. Like cola etc.

1. Currently trying to quit smoking (drug addiction to nicotine).
2. I enjoy a beer, another drug.
3. I take no prescriptions what so ever, the occassional tablet for a headache (see 2

)
They are the obvious one's, what about the things mentioned above in our food? They are pretty much drugs aswell. Caffeine, Un-natural refined Sugar(s) MSG, etc.
