I can't speak about the cost of NATS work but for someone to move things around in the Elevated X CMS templates to change main layouts, assuming you don't also need a lot of graphic design work I would expect to pay a couple hundred to several hundred depending on complexity of your changes.

I don't recommend changing the player to something other than what we include (we use the JW player by default) - reason being that while you may want to stylize the player, we provide a lot of custom functionality in the default player for things like video click tracking, proper display of correct video formats on tablets like the iPad and touch screen compatibility that we're about to release. If you swap out the player you'll lose all of this and will need to re-code it back into your own player code.
