Studies have shown that the black brain is different from whites in that they prefer instant gratification. Whereas white people prefer to take steps that maximize the end reward.
Apply that to crime.
Look at all of the crimes that require days, weeks or months of planning. The most heinous of crimes are committed by whites due to this extra preparation.
Whereas black criminals generally operate in the heat of the moment and are thus limited by that.
