Just reading over the TOS at easyxsites....is this normal for all kinds of sites like this?
10.2 You agree that this license includes a right for easyXsites to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom easyXsites has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services.
12.4 Upon termination of the legal agreement, easyXsites shall have the right to immediately delete and remove all or part of your Content at its sole and absolute discretion.
