Not so much anymore, but back in the day, weed was VERY hard to get here, and hash was the more common version. And yes, it was sold in 16th 8th 1/4 ounces.
God it was funny watching people clock it on the ground, check no one was watching and sneakily put it in their pockets. Imagine their disappointment
