I have myself 4 dogs. Last year, the newest puppy would do the exact same thing, and I was afraid that my Old English Sheep dog who was like 20 times her size would attack her so I just gave her a little spanking (well if I can call it a spanking lol) and told her "no" a couple of times, and it did the trick.
