Do you fast?
At 43 I'm starting to find that I dont want to eat EVERY day any more. At about 40, I started NOT eating, and just drinking water, once a month - Usually on the 1st...
These days I seem to fast for at east one day a week, if not 2 days.
I feel SO MUCH BETTER for it - You?
