I very often do moon diet,which is basically just drinking water/tea/anything without sugar entire period of lunar eclipse which is 24 hours period.I am on that for last 10 years.For losing weight is not realy effective unless you go extreme but it is good for cleaning the crap out of your system,and also giving break to your stomach.
