I feel sorry for the little dog in the basket of his bike (think...wizard of Oz).
In all seriousness - he's one majorly fucked up individual. It's not intentional trolling. He genuinely has a serious mental problem. It'd be difficult to sustain the personna for as long as he has without slipping.
Trust me...he's one fucked widget.
