You said you were down for 16.5 hours, and whatever the problem was, their own support system was down too. If it had been me, I would have said something like "Wow! We had a problem but Mojo fixed the problem in less than 1 day, and they did it over Christmas too!" But thats just me I guess.

This is the dumbest thing ever, and I am sure "Thats just not me". That thinks this. 1/2 a day of unscheduled downtime is not a little amount of time. Getting it fixed in that period of time is not good work for a host, and when you are running a business, providing a service where other business rely on you to stay in business, A holiday is not a good excuse. I understand that Mojo isnt making this excuse, you are making it for them. But you arent helping them here, and you sure arent helping yourself as you sell a service as well. We all know Mojo has a good rep on this board and in real life. But 16.5 hours down is a lot. Its almost a DAY. Stop ass kissing and come back to reality.
