I have a few fitness/health websites for sale,
mainstream wordpress blogs, started a long while back, never found the time to finish them as I got sidetracked with mobile apps and whatnot.
Anyway, with 12 domains expiring soon, I would rather sell them to someone who knows what he's doing (maybe use as a jumpstart), than wait for god knows how long until I maybe get a chance to put together a proper network and promote something other than adsense..
I had 12-15 articles written for each domain,
then made a simplistic design (custom widescreen background + logo),
first part of sites list is prettymuch complete, last 2-3 are more domains than websites, but have the articles at hand.

domains are 2-3 years old, renewals combined with articles and stock photos cost me a bit over $350 so far, assume no traffic although there are some hits (but very very little, less than 10 a day on a good day
