I cannot say enough great things about Joe & Racquel. They have gone above & beyond whenever I need work done.
I think that we sometimes forget that people have lives away from the net, and that those lives are encumbered with the trials & tribulations of everyday life. Joe's health has been bad for several months. I do know that he stopped taking orders a while ago and has brought in help to get caught up.
Cut the guy some slack, one day you might need a break too.
