Sorry to hear that, but we are always notifying our affiliates about these changes in this kinda cases and this have been the method throughout the years;not only that-but we make those changes just after 24 h from notifying so the affiliate can be prepared and act accordingly on his end.
send me plz your account details to my mail (below) and i will check exactly if you werent notified here by mistake or what was the case exactly.
