2.13 That of those residing in the United States, only citizens or resident aliens of the United States may participate and must supply FlyntDigital with a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number that is representative of, and exactly matches the Payee Name you provide. Your failure to supply that information will constitute a basis for terminating this agreement and for forfeiting any commissions or fees to which you would otherwise be entitled under this Agreement. To comply with IRS reporting requirements, FlyntDigital (via WebQuest, Inc.) uses a credit agency to verify and/or modify Payee Name information as warranted.
