Webquest runs both CashQuest2 and Flyntdigital. TaxID/SSN numbers are very important and Webquest strives to ensure we do everything by the book according to the IRS. I'm sure you can appreciate the necessity of this.
It sounds as though the TaxID/SSN on your account does not match your name. You might have made a mistake when submitting your info?
Please email Chris to verify the TaxID number and name to make sure it is correct. Beyond that, if the info Chris has is correct, I would assume there are some messed up records on you, and Chris has to verify your age in a different way (ie: credit card, DL)
