In short, you have a duty of care to prevent minors from accessing the content, don't do pedo, don't break copyrights and you will be fine. Also check your host allows adult content if it don't make sure you backup daily for the time they cancel your hosting for breaching TOS.

Normal adult content is OK but in general the more obscene it is, rape, beatings, extreme and blood etc will attract more attention. For example in the UK it is illegal to show an act that will likely cause physical injury, such as fisting and double anal.
